Version of 26 October 2026.
Who we are
The seller is Damjan Klampfer s.p. (Pro Ski Simulator), Pod Pohorjem 17, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. VAT ID SI96417129. Email: info@ski-simulator.com · Phone: +386 59 120 840. Full company details: imprint.
These terms apply to every order placed in our online shop at ski-simulator.com. A "consumer" is anyone buying mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
Ordering and when the contract is made
- Put a machine, accessories or training videos in the cart, choose your delivery country and go to checkout.
- Enter your contact and delivery details, choose a payment method and, if you buy for a company, add your company name and VAT ID.
- Before you place the order, the checkout shows everything you are buying, the total and the VAT. You can go back and correct any entry at any point until you press the order button.
- Pressing "Place order" ("Place order and pay" for card payments) is a binding order.
- We confirm your order by email straight away. The contract is concluded with that confirmation email. It lists what you ordered, the price and the delivery address — please check it and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
You can order as a guest or with a customer account. The contract can be concluded in English, German or Slovenian — the language of the site you order on. We send the order details by email; these terms are always available on this page, where you can save or print them.
Online orders are for delivery within the EU. For delivery outside the EU, the checkout switches to a shipping inquiry: we reply with a shipping quote, and any purchase is then agreed individually by email.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include 22% Slovenian VAT. Within the EU, shipping is free, so the total shown at checkout is the total you pay. For business customers with a valid EU VAT ID, see section 10. One discount code can be used per order.
Payment
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — processed by our payment provider Stripe. The amount is charged when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.
- Bank transfer, in advance — after you place the order we email you our bank details and your payment reference. We process and ship the order once the money has arrived.
Training videos you buy are unlocked in your account once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
- Shipping within the EU is free.
- We process orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery within the EU then usually takes 5–7 working days from dispatch. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Bank-transfer orders are processed once the payment has arrived.
- If your order will be significantly delayed, we contact you. If we cannot deliver at all, we tell you without delay and refund any payment you have made.
- Machines travel by freight. We ask for a phone number at checkout so we can arrange the delivery with you.
- Training videos are not shipped: you stream them in your account.
More detail: Delivery & returns.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you — or a person you name, other than the carrier — receive the goods. If one order arrives in several deliveries, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one. For training videos it ends 14 days after the contract is concluded (how video access works: section 7).
How to withdraw. Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing — by email to info@ski-simulator.com or by post to Damjan Klampfer s.p., Pod Pohorjem 17, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Sending your message before the period ends is enough.
Refund. We refund all payments we received from you, including the original delivery costs (if any), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to another; you are not charged any fee for the refund. We may hold the refund until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
Returning the goods. Send the goods back, or hand them to us, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us that you withdraw. We tell you the return address when we confirm your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Machines are bulky and cannot normally be returned by post; we estimate the maximum cost at approximately €150 depending on the machine model.
Condition of the goods. You may handle and try the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and function. Please return everything you received, ideally in the original packaging.
Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

______________________________________
Ordered on (*) / received on (*): ____________
Order number (optional): ____________
Name of consumer(s): ____________
Address of consumer(s): ____________
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is sent on paper): ____________

Training videos
Training videos are digital content streamed in your customer account. Your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you withdraw from a video purchase within the 14-day period in section 6, we refund it and switch the access off.
Damage in transit
The goods travel at our risk until they reach you. To help us claim from the carrier:
- Check the packaging when it is delivered. If it is visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before you sign.
- Report any transport damage to us within 7 days of delivery — at info@ski-simulator.com with your order number and photos. Please keep the packaging and the damaged parts until the matter is settled.
- We deal with the carrier — you don't have to file a claim yourself — and we arrange a repair or replacement.
These steps help us settle the claim quickly. They do not reduce your statutory rights: if you notice damage later, the legal guarantee in section 9 still applies.
Warranty
Every product carries the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a product is faulty or does not match what was agreed, we repair or replace it free of charge; where that is not possible or fails, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (cancel it), as the law provides. Please tell us about a fault as soon as you notice it, at info@ski-simulator.com.
Wear parts. The elastic ropes and the wheels are wear parts: normal use gradually wears them out, and that wear is not a fault, so it is not covered. Replacements are available in our accessories. A rope or wheel that is faulty on delivery, or fails because of a manufacturing defect rather than wear, is covered like any other part.
Damage from misuse, accidents or not following the user manual is not covered.
Business customers (EU VAT reverse charge)
If you buy for a company, switch on "Business customer" at checkout and enter your company name and EU VAT ID.
- If you have a valid VAT ID from an EU country other than Slovenia, and we deliver to that same country, you pay the price without Slovenian VAT; the VAT is due in your country under the reverse-charge rule. We check the VAT ID with the EU's VIES service. Card payment needs a positive VIES confirmation. With bank transfer, we may accept a correctly formatted VAT ID and check it before we confirm your payment; if it cannot be confirmed, Slovenian VAT applies.
- With a Slovenian VAT ID, or a VAT ID from a different country than the delivery country, we record your company details and Slovenian VAT stays included.
- All prices include Slovenian VAT. For business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside Slovenia, VAT is handled under the EU rules for intra-Community supply.
The right of withdrawal in sections 6 and 7 is a consumer right; it does not apply to purchases for a business.
Liability
We are liable under the statutory rules. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Data protection
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy and cookie policy.
Applicable law
These terms and every contract under them are governed by Slovenian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.
Complaints and disputes
If something is not right, please write to us first at info@ski-simulator.com. We confirm that we received your complaint and tell you how and by when we will handle it.
Out-of-court dispute resolution: We do not take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
