Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Damjan Klampfer s.p. (Pro Ski Simulator), Pod Pohorjem 17, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. For any privacy question or request, write to info@ski-simulator.com.
What we store and why

We do not sell your data and do not use it for profiling.
How long we keep it. Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires — 10 years under Slovenian tax law. Account data: until you ask us to delete the account. Inquiries: up to 2 years after the conversation ends. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Who processes data for us
We use these providers. Each only processes data on our behalf and for the purpose shown.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel, Stripe, Google, Vimeo, Sentry and Resend are certified, and by the EU standard contractual clauses in our agreements with the others (Anthropic, Neon).
The chat assistant
The "Chat" widget answers questions about our machines and the shop. When you use it, your messages are sent to our provider Anthropic so that an answer can be generated. Conversations are not linked to your name, account or any other identity, and you don't need to log in. Please don't type personal details into the chat; for order questions, contact us directly. We do not keep the conversations. We never use chat conversations for marketing.
Videos from Vimeo and YouTube
Videos on our pages and in your account are hosted by Vimeo or YouTube. No video player loads and nothing is requested from Vimeo or YouTube until you click the play button. When you click, the player loads from that provider, which then receives your IP address and technical data and may set its own cookies; their privacy policies apply. We load YouTube players in its privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo players with tracking switched off.
Cookies
We use only cookies and similar browser storage that the shop needs to work. We use no analytics and no marketing cookies.

Because these are all strictly necessary, they don't require your consent. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Newsletter
You only receive the newsletter if you sign up and then confirm with the link we email you (double opt-in). Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, or you can write to info@ski-simulator.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what was sent before.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is wrong;
- have it deleted — unless we must keep it by law (for example order records for tax purposes);
- restrict its processing or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive it in a portable format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, email info@ski-simulator.com from the address you used with us. We answer within one month.
Deleting your account. Email us from the address on the account and we delete it. Order records stay as long as the law requires.
Complaints. You can complain to the Slovenian data protection authority, the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana — www.ip-rs.si — or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle data, we update this page and its date. If a change needs your consent, we ask for it first.
