It also helps you to learn correct ski turns and movement – the ST Control computer guides you every step of the way and provides audible warnings for incorrect ski turns. The machine will help you refine your stance and optimise the pressure you apply to an individual “ski” as you go and exit a turn. The ST warns the user of incorrect ankle, knee and hip postures. In addition to that, exercising on Standard Ski Simulator will help you develop balance, coordination, agility and to make the right movement.

Exercising on Standard Ski Simulator will primarily target the same muscles that are also used while skiing, namely the core (abs & back), upper and lower leg muscles and feet. With the use of additional equipment, such as weighted poles, a full-body workout can be achieved, burning upwards of 1000kcal/h, while also seeing if you are making correct turn.
